1) General

Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, sites and these terms and conditions at any time without notice
1.1 A valid form of identification may be required at the time of check in.
1.2 Sites and cabin preferences are not guaranteed and may be altered at any time prior to your arrival
1.3 You must be 18 years of age to stay with us if you are not accompanied by a parent or guardian
1.4 Standard prices are based on 2 persons. Additional charges apply for bookings of three persons or more for both adults and children
1.5 Infants (2 and under), child (4 to 17), adults (18 and over)
1.6 Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk
1.7 All guest will be required to fill out a guest registration form prior to or upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in non-acceptance of your reservation.
1.8 Guest must abide by all park rules and conditions and reasonable requests from park staff.
1.9 Any non-adherence to section 1.8 may result in cancellation of guest’s bookings and or evictions with no refunds given.
1.10 A valid credit card, deposit or pre-payment is required for all bookings to secure your reservation with us. Guests who sign the registration form shall be deemed responsible to pay for all room/site costs will be paid prior to departure. The park may also deduct any outstanding fees, damages, charges etc from their given credit card. Any payments not able to be recovered directly from guest will be referred to a debt collection agency with the cost of the collection being added to the debt to be collected
1.11 All bookings require a credit card for security.
1.12 Banana Coast Caravan Park or Park Management will not be held responsible for, or liable to compensate, loss, theft, or damage to personal property on, or brought into the accommodation/site or in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation/site
1.13 Personal information may be collected and used for direct marketing purposes
1.14 The number of guests on the sites or in the accommodation at any one time shall not exceed the number of guests declared on the booking information. Should conditions in 1.14 be breached extra costs and evictions may be incurred in line with park pricing
1.15) Occupancy is granted only under the acceptance of the above mentioned termed and conditions in accordance with the park rules which are subject to change without notice. Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy due to any preach of the above.
1.16) Reception hours are from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm
1.17) Checkout time is 10am. If you require a late check out please contact reception to request a suitable check out time (subject to availability). Charges may apply
1.18) Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times and limited after 9:00pm
1.19) No open Fires
1.20) Skate boards, bikes, scooters etc. must only be used at a walking pace between the 8am and sunset. Helmets must be worn at all times

2) Minimum Stays
2.0) Minimum length of stays apply during seasonal periods and weekends

3) Payments/Deposits
3.0) A deposit is required to secure each booking. Bookings will not be guaranteed or confirmed without a full deposit. Reservations are not confirmed until said deposit is paid and may be cancelled at any time.
3.1) The credit card on file will be held as a security for your reservation. The card provided may used for any applicable fees and charges arising from these terms and conditions unless an alternative valid card or method of payment is provided upon check-in.
3.2) Peak Period deposits may differ from off peak and may result in the booking being paid in its entirety prior to arrival.
3.3) A deposit of the first’s nights Tarif of booking (bookings are not secured unless this is paid)
3.4) The balance of the booking will be payable at or prior to check in


4) Cancelations/Amendments, Refunds & Guests Credits
4.0) The following terms only apply to bookings made through the Banana Coast Caravan Park website or booked directly over the phone or via email.
4.1) The booking cancellation fee equates to the deposit required to secure the booking. The booking cancellation fee will apply where the required notice period requirements for amending or cancelling a booking are met. Where the required notice periods are not met the guest will forfeit all money paid towards the booking as a cancelation fee.
4.2) For cancellations or amendments where at least 14 days written notice has been provided are refundable less the deposit paid or a credit for the full amount to be used towards a future booking within a 12-month period.
4.3) For cancellations or amendments received within 14 days of arrival, no amounts paid will be refunded or credited to the guest account.
4.4) In circumstances where guest is eligible for a refund, it may take up to 30 days to process the refund.
4.5) No refunds are given for unused portions of your booking, including no-shows and early departures or cancellations after you or your party has arrived at the park. Please note that if you or your party do not arrive on the date of your arrival, your cabin/site may not be available if no prior written communication about your booking has been received.
4.6) Should you wish to depart early due to weather conditions or any other reason, tariffs and deposits paid are not refundable.
4.7) Park management reserves the right to refuse entry into the park for any reason we so determine in our discretion.
4.8) Guest have no ownership rights over the site/cabin and in no circumstances can sublet.
4.9) Our standard terms and conditions for bookings will still apply should you wish to cancel due to weather events.
4.10) All cancellation to do with third party websites must be directed through them

5) Guest Credits
5.0) Where a guest has been offered a credit it must be used within 12 months of the credit being applied.
5.1) Once a guest credit has been offered and accepted no subsequent refunds will be offered.
5.2) A guest credit can NOT be transferred to any other alternative guest bookings. The name the credit is held under must match the guest’s name on the booking.

6) Pets
6.0) Pets are only allowed on the park for short term accommodation.
6.1) Pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times with all dogs being on a leash when on communal grounds.
6.1) While pets are allowed in the cabins, they are not allowed on any of the furniture.
6.2) Guests are liable of any damages caused by their pets and will be charged accordingly.

6) COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
6.0) There are no longer any extra cancellation policies relating to COVID-19. All bookings are subject to the rules outlined above.
